The Executive

SGNZ is administered by an Executive Manager and an elected Board

This consists of elected grower representatives from Auckland, Waikato/Bay of Plenty, Central (the rest of the lower North Island) and the South Island. There is also an observer representative and a contracted research provider.

The major role of SGNZ is to encourage and promote the interests of strawberry growers and provide representation on strawberry issues to Horticulture NZ and Government regarding any issues of importance to its members.
